If you remember this line from a classic 90s Disney film, then I would have to say... Well...cool? This happens to be one of my favorite childhood movies of all time, I would say it was number 3 on my scale. Tonight I want to make a list, a personal list of the classic Disney movies I grew up with and a little bit about why they spoke so strongly to me.
Want to hear them? Well just keep reading my friend, if you don't, awe well, this is a personal blog, you don't have to stay here for anyone's benefit.
5.The Jungle Book
My number 5 on this short list is The Jungle Book. I remember days long past when I would put the rather large VHS Cassette into the VHS player and sat down on my bed and watched the story of Mowgli and Baloo unfold from start to finish. I loved King Louie's song "I wanna be like you", and the elephants. I related to Mowgli as he was being taken to the Man village though he would prefer to stay with the wolves. I have always known that things were going to change, and try as I might, they happened. I felt that I was moved from my family to another place at times. But hey, that sounds like growing up to me.
4.Fox and the Hound
The Fox and the Hound was a childhood favorite as it reminded me of my old friends growing up. I always pictured myself as Cooper, innocent, fun-loving and a bit clumsy, but afraid of a lifestyle I could be in as it would entail separating myself from my friends. In the end, I lost my friends as they left to live somewhere else.
3.Hercules
Now here's a movie I couldn't get enough of growing up. Born great, and became greater. Hercules was my inspiration, even causing tears to sting my eyes at Micheal Bolton's song "Going the Distance". Growing up, I felt out of place, as if I didn't belong there. I was awkward around people, reserved for the most part, and felt like a screw up, like each chance I had to have the spotlight I messed up somehow. But because of Hercules, I knew that one day, if I kept trying, I would reach where I was destined to be.
2.The Hunchback of Notre Dame
Another movie that spoke to my isolated life. For whatever reason, I started to talk down to myself, making my childhood depression worse. To me, Frolo in the movie was that voice talking down to me, telling me I was a monster compared to others, that I needed it to be safe. I was of course Quasimodo, locked up in my own bell tower with the very key to my lock in my back pocket. I was just too afraid the voice was right.
1.Tarzan
By far my favorite movie of all time. This timeless story echoes the same message the others did, about not fitting in and feeling like there was more to my life, except in this one, it mirrored my curiosity of what it was like to be apart of a new, and more exciting world. A world free of fear, of self doubt, and willing to accept any hand that reached out.
All these movies congregated to make me who I am today, and in due process, will help make me who I should be in the future. Because of the stories told in each movie, I became interested in mythology, classic books, new ideas. And they all in themselves developed my imagination, giving me the greatest joy I could ever know myself.
I thank you for taking the time to read this, I really do appreciate it. I hope your days and nights guide you well, as we continue on in this ever changing, ever wonderful world we live it.

Schoooooooolssss Out for Ever! Well not really...
In addition to work I have started up my classes again, though they are quite a bit easier this time. Nowadays I work four to five weeks with several hours each day, then come home to a stressful household, and now I have schoolwork to top it all off.
Math work if that makes it any better.
But on the plus side for it, I have two math classes but only one I have to do now, the other starts in February.
THANK YOU SANTA!!!!!!
To reduce my ever growing stress level I have decided to make it a strict hobby of mine to find loose change everywhere I go. I now find at least a penny a day either from work, the store, gas station, just anywhere I can get to really. I even found one under on of the freezers at Walmart! only a little bit showed and I pulled it out.
Lately with it though I have been finding several coins in a day, I found one quarter, two dimes, two nickles, and two pennies at work a few days ago which was quite a nice surprise. I found several pennies the day after that, and yesterday found even more pennies. My little mummy jar is half full now!
I have a jar that I have taped completely with masking tape and that is where I put my change it. I just taped it yesterday!
I finally have a release frame for Abysmal Depths *crowd cheers*. Since I wanted it to be the best book I have on Blogger, I wanted it to be very well written and... how can I say... a better read. I have been writing and will be revising it before its released sometime in the first week of February. I hope readers like you will enjoy it.
Saria's fanfiction hit chapter five not too long ago, and that means only one chapter left for Saria, then at the end of this month, the spotlight switches to Darunia and his story. This is actually exciting for me, I have always been unable to complete a real story I started and soon I will have finished a six chapter fanfiction and begin on the next part. I don't know how long Darunia's will be but I am sure it will be at least six chapters as well.
Pikmin Origins will take a bit longer, I have had too much work to do to focus on it, but I should have it later this week if not today.
So that is about it for the writing section of my post. Not much else has been going on in my life though eventually I will have a post or two about a real life story of mine.
But you will just have to follow or check back often to know when huh?
All right, I might just let you go, but be sure to check back often, you never know what I will have in store.

Butterfly fly away!
Well the butterflies have finally hatched, first it was this little guy, then it was three others that became free!

But there is a sad tale to this story, of the eight cocoons that we found, only five of them survived and became butterflies. Remember the daredevil that climbed to the top of the roof? Well that one hatched and left without saying a word. Yep when we saw the first one hatch, we investigated and saw that one had already left.Maybe we'll see him one day, just flying around just a bit higher than anyone else.
Remember these two?
They both became cocoons at the same time, and both became butterflies at the same time! Twins! To bad I couldn't get a picture of them as butterflies, but oh well, there is always next time.
Well that would be about it for this tale of caterpillar turned butterfly, next time I hope to have a page dedicated to them where I am documenting there every move.
On to the next topic, I have been working more, harder hours than ever before, who knew working in a restaurant in the morning was WAY more difficult that working in the evening. I ended up working two hours longer on Monday (the day AFTER Christmas) than I should have.
Christmas itself was pretty enjoyable, in the end. I had work, and a few minor annoyances occurred that day, but all in all it was worth it to see my niece open gifts and become completely enthralled in this light up, spinning, bouncing, thing that was annoying to everyone but her and her mother.
Seriously, it was 6 o'clock in the morning, and my niece is wide awake and starts handing the light up spinning, LOUD ball to everyone, expecting us to turn it on. She hands it to me, my girlfriend, and her mom's boyfriend. We all told her no (She's only a year old and when you tell her no, she gives a face that says, "What does that mean?") then she gives it to her mother who begins to push the button, a bit at a time teasing the child who's face lit up with the light and them finally turned it on where the girl grabbed it and ran offf literally shaking from the spinning light up thing.
It was all death glares to the mom.
But yeah, that was how Christmas day was spent, waking up early, getting slightly annoyed by a child's toy, and working. Sounds like the time of year huh?
Well now that the more personal stuff is done, I have a few announcements to make, including a few video I ideas that I want to get to work on soon.
The first of which is that Saria's fanfiction is almost done, with only two more chapters to go with Darunia's fanfiction coming up in mid January, and the newest chapter for Pikmin Origins in up and ready to be read.
I have also posted an old book of mine that I originally started out for a fifth grade assignment that I failed. The chapters are broken up to parts that are being published to it's own blog each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If you are interested about it check out the link in the end of this post.
And now for the video ideas, my girlfriend, my sister, and I have all come up with different video ideas that we think would be quite funny to put online. The first of which is a Jehovah Witness video about the wife of Satan who invite the man in. The next is an animal crossing parody titled "How to live in Animal Crossing" and pokes fun at the more complicated aspects of the games, such as watering plants.
And I have a Sims 3 video I am trying to get going, that will be about all the ways to die (so far) in the Sims 3.
I hope that one is well liked.
And I guess that will be it for this post, soon I will be off to work again and probably won't get a chance to post anything new until next year!
Till then, stay happy and safe for the new year!
-Roger

Happy Christmas Harry Potter!
When I was little, I thought I would be
A big comedian on late night tv!
I actually did want to be a comedian when I was little, I wanted to make people laugh with how absurd something is or something that happened to me in my life. Unfortunatly, I am very, how should I say... quiet. When I was young I was shy, I didn't speak out much and there wasn't much for me to speak about. But now, I can't speak when I want to. It's a strange thing really. When I think of something to say in my mind it becomes more powerful, more accurate. I can actually sometimes write down what the words in my head are saying, words that I wish to say outloud. But when the time comes for me to open my mouth and speak... My voice freezes. I literally can't talk and if I am angry and want to speak it is like someone flipped a switch and turned my anger off. Then, the next day, I bash myself with questions as to why I didn't speak up. I don't like being a mute when I shouldn't be. The voice freezes and the words are lost. In an argument my mind will automatically agree with what the other person is saying if they have at least one good reason in my opinion.
One day this might change, and each day I'm climbing this steep mountain with its tricks and traps. Rocks tumble down to stop me, rain comes down to sweep me off my feet, but in all I am still marching along, still trying to reach the top. I guess that everyone is climbing that same mountain, one that does its best to hinder you along your jouney. So then because we are on this trip together, we should help each other out right?
It was just a thought that I wanted to elaborate on a bit. Lately I have been running into the same problems I have always had, though, they are getting less and less problemic.
I have had quite a bit of work lately with my job, cleaning dishes, mopping floors that don't want to stay clean at all!, and looking for spare change and saying that that is my tip for the day. Today I found a dime and a penny, that is my tip for a day of five trashcans of trash, three things of spent oil, dishes that kept coming, and silverware that kept getting annoying. The forks kept stabbing my hands and the whole thing was a mess. But in the end I'm ok. And that dime and penny will forever remain as my thank you present.
I know I am being a bit sporatic in this blog, I just feel like typing something up. Kinda like chronicling my life in this blog so that one day someone would read it and feel a bit happier, either that there is someone like them, or that someone is having an interesting day that amuses the reader. Either way I'm happy with my life as it is, still has a few problems here and there but what life is perfect?
Last I checked the caterpillars are still in there cocoons and hopefully the random changes in temperature don't harm them. I live in florida, so when it drops down to fifty-five there is a problem for some creatures.
The majority of which are in the human species.
It would seem I have typed up a good amount today, nothing really interesting I have heard yet on the news or anything, but hopefully next time there can be a news story I could review!

I say happy Christmas sometimes because of Harry Potter, remember the first movie Harry awakens and Ron says "Happy Christmas!" Yeah that is why I say it.

About Curse of the Sea...
Hollie and I have had a very... and I mean VERY busy past few days to I am sorry we haven't put up the next entry of the Curse of the Sea. We WILL have them up on Saturday. I was able to put up the next chapter of The Life of A Spy only because it only has one author and I already had it all written out so all I had to do was copy and paste it to blogger. Yep, so that is the reason why we have no posted them yet.
Anyway, in other news my brother has started up a blog, one where he is reviewing popular youtube videos and quite frankly, he is doing better than I am really. But hey, that's great for him. This blog of mine will do fine on its own and I know one day this blog may just save my life.
His blog: http://viralvideoreviewing.blogspot.com/
Because in the future, blogs will be humanoid robots who, when I start to choke on a piece of shrimp (because of love shrimp) it will come to my rescue, saving my life just like I stated here!
Well, anyway its time to put up some announcements.
First off I will be posting the depressing Christmas story up shortly after this.
Second, I will be posting a new passage about a father who's daughter is about to be married and he is reflecting on their life together.
Third, I will be started on a new blog story. I am not exactly sure which story idea I will work on, but I assure you it will be a good one!
Anyway, I've kept you up too long so get to bed... unless it's daytime for you, in which case check out my other blogs!
